Steve Allen serves as our Family Minister overseeing the Children’s and Youth Ministries. Steve first attended Crossroads as a high school junior while attending Newport High School, served as a volunteer with the Middle School Ministries while attending the University of Washington, and then served as a Middle School and High School Pastor for seven years after college. Steve and his family were also supported by Crossroads while they served in Zambia for five years while training pastors at Action Pastor’s College. Upon returning, he spent the next five years as Executive Director at Family Promise of Spokane. Steve studied at Multnomah Seminary and Western Seminary and finished his mDiv at Newburgh Seminary. He is married to Stephanie and has four daughters. He is grateful to be back at Crossroads to help support parents and volunteers as we together become a village to disciple the next generation to love and serve Jesus.

Austin grew up attending Crossroads Bible Church and dedicated his life to Christ while attending one of the youth group’s Junior High Service trips. Ever since then, he's had a growing desire to serve in ministry, graduating from Biola University with a degree in Christian Ministries, and now returning to Crossroads to work with youth and young adults. He has a deep love for his friends and greatly enjoys spending his free time going on hikes, playing board games, and drinking good coffee with them.
Vicky has been a consistent smile for our youth team since 2004. She loves all things sports, particularly cheering on the Seahawks and Mariners, as well as traveling - mainly to Boston to visit their daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Daniel and two grandsons Thomas and James and the beaches of the Oregon Coast and Maui. She has candy to share with anyone who comes by her office. If you have questions about the youth ministry, then Vicky is a great place to start.
Interim Event Coordinator
Grace has been in the Pacific Northwest for 22 years and lives in Issaquah with her husband, Wayne and two kids, Olivia and Jacob. She has a degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Operations and Management and has worked full time for 25 years. Last July, she felt God calling her to leave her job to spend more time at home and with the kids. She has been learning to slow down the pace, and try to hear God lead. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cycling and trying new foodie spots. She would love to meet you and chat over a good cup of coffee or tea!
